The pump is back up and running with no issues. Turbine doesn’t have any vibration issues since the inspection and balancing you performed. Want to thank you both for answering the phone and accommodating to both of these breakdowns. The pump is a very critical piece of equipment and you guys made sure it was back to us to install on the date we had discussed. Look forward to doing business with you in the future and would like to arrange for a site visit in the future so a couple of the guys can see your facility. Your shop can accommodate to a lot of specific repairs that will ensure that when we do send some of our equipment to you it will stay in your facility for the full repair.

Thanks once again for your support on this job. I work all over the great lakes with every contractor and ship yard out there. Some are better than others but I must say this was the quickest turn around I’ve ever had. Tim, Mike, Moe and Mark are top notch when it comes to this kind of work, It is rare that all these guys are available at the same time to me for these jobs. If I could bring these guys with me all year, I would have more hair and less pains! We need to support each other in this business. I may be given men in other places but experiences trumps volume every time. So I would encourage you all to print this our and post it proud.

I was meaning to send you an email. It was a tough job and in a bad location but your guys did an excellent job. They worked very hard and it was a pleasure to have them onboard.

We put the hatch crane wheel back on in the afternoon and tested. The hatch crane is running on the rails straight as a whistle. Great job from everyone involved.

The job was completed on time and properly.
